Music Composition

Dov works out of Forksound, his state-of–the-art studio based in North London. This is a contemporary and distinctive environment which enables Dov to compose and produce music, be it a 30 second TV commercial to a full movie score.

The studio is a fully integrated, acoustically treated digital composing suite based around 2 Apple G5 64bit computers running Logic Studio 8, with a high quality analogue front end and full sync to picture.

Sound Design

Apart from his compositional work, Dov is also a sound designer, and with a large database of sampled sounds, hardware and software synthesizers and other sound design tools, the right environment is created for all kinds of material. This ranges from cutting edge futuristic sounds to whole background atmospheres and FX for voiceovers and theatre projects.

Music Production

Among his many skills Dov is also a prolific producer able to extract the very best from other artists seeking an individual sound. From recording through to mixing and mastering, Dov will work with an artist at his own studio or at any other facility of the artist’s choice.

Logic Pro Consultancy

Dov is a certified Apple trainer and provides consultancy and troubleshooting on any aspect of Logic Studio 8 whether software of hardware.

Piano Tuning

Dov is a highly regarded and well known concert piano tuner. Trained and mentored at Steinway Pianos by some of the best piano technicians in the world, he has a wide experience working in the field both in Britain and abroad. Dov has worked on just about every piano in the London concert halls and venues and has been the personal piano tuner to musicians across the board from Murray Periah to David Grey.
